Solo


Solo is Carillion telent's work management system. It has been operational since 2007 and has been refined and further developed specifically to meet the needs of the Openreach contract.

It is fully integrated with Openreach's work notification system, with data passing between the two systems via a secure interface that enables orders and notices to be sent electronically.

Solo can be accessed from any PC with an internet connection, subject to security restrictions, and all third party subcontractors have been provided with a user name and password for Solo enabling them to receive and update their allocated work.
